The month of May was a busy month for me! With my daughters 17th birthday and my 50TH birthday, Mother’s Day as well as my 21st Wedding Anniversary. Like most cultures we celebrate with family, friends, and tons of food! To prepare myself from self-sabotage, I decided to jump on board with one of our products called Lovidia.
Lovidia is a non-stimulatory, vegan, non-GMO, non-caloric, gluten free and dairy free.
Lovidia works by sending fullness signals to the brain as food travels through our gut.

As a rule of thumb please listen to your body and be aware that we may overeat from boredom, habit, depression, a reward, etc. When hunger strikes look at your food journal and reassess why we are hungry.Could we be hungry because we haven’t eaten? Could we be hungry because we haven’t had a sip of water all day? Could we be hungry because we are bored?
